Berryfresh offers packaging solutions which are meticulously engineered with precise concentrations and particle sizes of Na2S2O5. Berryfresh ensures optimal safety for your berries and is also available in the fully recyclable Eco version and the mix resin category 7 version.

How it works
With Servafresh Eco and Servafresh, the battle against Botrytis cinerea turns into a win for freshness and quality through our innovative two-layer solution. When Servafresh Eco and Servafresh SO2 gas sheets come into contact with high levels of humidity, SO2 gas is released from the adhesive matrix and Na2S2O5 through the reaction below.

The Fast Release 1st Stage layer acts quickly, disinfecting the surface of your grapes within 24 to 48 hours. It releases a powerful burst of SO2 that effectively eliminates any actively growing Botrytis cinerea spores and mycelia.
The Slow Release 2nd Stage layer elevates protection even further, ensuring constant effectiveness for at least 98 days. It emits a gentle, continuous stream of SO2 gas, finely tuned to inhibit the growth of superficial latent Botrytis cinerea spores. Importantly, the sulfite residues in your table grapes remain well below the legal limit of 10 ppm, ensuring both safety and exceptional quality.
With Servafresh Eco and Servafresh, any infections that may have developed during flowering are contained, affecting only the impacted berries or bunches. The key lies in the precise SO2 emission, finely tuned to maximize the effectiveness of Servafresh Eco and Servafresh.
